The next destination of the Amazones Trek will be Reunion Island , from the 22nd to the 30th of November 2008.

RDM Consultants has been partner with the new 100% feminine team, motivated to be amongst the first top 10 competitors! 

The Amazones Trek is a long lasting week of hard efforts and the exploring of a new country. Not forgetting the 80 feminine teams who are to compete against each other through various sporting events (mountain biking, canoe-ing, racing, diving) and skilful archery. All this will take place in a supportive atmosphere pushing each competitor to surpass herself.

RDM will be following the team day by day and will report all information and results on this page. 

October training :
At least 3 or 4 trainings per week and the team is getting stronger. Triathlon for Alexandra, bike riding and foot racing for Dominique, mountain biking for Sophie. 

Swimming the crawl is also part of the deal as you use the same muscles for canoe-ing. Dominique will have to show hers accuracy in archery. 

The next 2 months will be determinative and difficult. Early dark evenings, winter weather, you are going to need a certain will power to keep up the training! But, we are ready to take on the challenge!
